If you are a primary care MD, NP, or PA, we need your opinions!

This study involves a survey on your experiences encountering bipolar patients in your practice (experience not necessary to participate), and your brief opinions on the HCL-33-EA screening tool itself and its usability in primary care.

Please provide your information below or contact the primary researcher for any questions: Cheri Creighton 714-925-4106, Cheri@bipolardisordersinprimarycare.com.

Have you treated patients initially presenting with depression with antidepressants who turned out to have an undiagnosed bipolar disorder?*

Much research has shown that for most bipolar spectrum disorders where hypomania is key to diagnosis (especially bipolar II), patients often do not accurately recall symptoms of hypomania that are observable to those closest to them.

Would you be willing to talk to the researcher in a brief interview to answer any follow-up questions?
